How We Work
A clear and professional process designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and a smooth experience from first contact through to project completion.
01 — Initial Contact
Get in touch with us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
We’ll briefly discuss your project and guide the next steps based on your requirements.
02 — Consultation & Project Assessment
We will arrange a convenient consultation to discuss your project in more detail and determine the best approach.
In some cases — particularly where projects are located further from our base in Kraaifontein — we may first provide a preliminary estimate to establish a realistic budget range before proceeding further.
03 — Site Visit & Technical Assessment
A site visit forms a standard and essential part of our process and is always conducted before issuing a final quotation.
This allows us to take precise measurements and properly assess site conditions that may influence the project scope and pricing. This can include access considerations, structural requirements, gradients, span distances, and any additional support or materials that may be required.
This step ensures that the final quotation is accurate, practical, and fully aligned with the realities of the installation.
04 — Formal Quotation
Following the site assessment, a detailed quotation and project proposal will be issued for review and approval, clearly outlining scope of work, materials, and timelines.
05 — Confirmation & Commencement
Once the quotation is accepted, a formal agreement is signed to confirm all project details.
A 75% deposit is required to secure your project and commence work.
For larger or phased projects, milestone payments may be arranged and clearly defined within the agreement.
Lead Times & Scheduling
Each project is carefully scheduled within our active workload to ensure quality workmanship and proper attention to detail.
As we may be completing a number of projects at any given time, your start date will be confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation and placement within our schedule.
We will always communicate timelines clearly so you know exactly when your project will commence and how it will progress.
